Before you purchase a license to use ChartOverlay or FibOverlay, we urge you to take advantage of the 14-day Free Trial. You may try our software without giving us a credit card or making any financial commitment. If you don't like it, just stop using it. You won't need a refund because you keep your money until you decide to keep the software.

Registration Key

When you purchase a license, you will receive via email a Registration Key that allows you to continue using the program subject to the terms of the Omnium Software End UserLicense Agreement.

Your key is unique and traceable to you and is for your use only. If you make it available to others, it may become invalid and you may be liable for damages.

If you have more than one computer (e.g., a desktop and a laptop), you may use the software on both, provided it is only used by one person at a time.

Support

RegSoft provides order processing services only. They do not provide software support. Omnium Software does provide software support.

You are entitled to reasonable support via email for as long as you use the program. You are also entitled to any updates to the version you licensed. There is no charge for updates that fix bugs or offer minor improvements. Policy regarding new versions (upgrades with significant new features) is determined as new versions become available.

Order Processing

To provide better service, we have arranged to have orders processed by RegNow, a leading provider of E-Commerce Payment Processing Services. They offer a much wider selection of services than we can, including multiple payment methods, order tracking and automated Registration Key generation. They do not share your credit card information with us.
