If you encounter problems with ChartOverlay, you can request assistance from support@omniumsoftware.com. Clicking Support in the About dialog will also start a new eMail.
Please understand that we cannot see your computer screen. All we know about the problem you are having is what you tell us. Simply saying, It doesn't work, doesn't really tell us much and only delays our response to your problem.
It really helps if you can tell us:

What you did (in enough detail for us to repeat it here);

What you expected as a result;
·
What actually happened.
Sending us a screen shot is often very helpful, as is telling us the exact wording of any error message you may have seen.
