Fibonacci Arcs are semi-circles drawn to intersect a line drawn from a low to a high (or a high to a low) at specified Fibonacci Levels. The arcs are drawn from the second (right-most) point. Note that the arcs intersect the Trendline, not a vertical line drawn from the second point.
Look for support and resistance as prices approach the arcs. You may want to combine Fibonacci Arcs and Fibonacci Fans and to give special attention to the points at which the fan lines cross the arcs. See Disclaimer.
To draw Fibonacci Arcs, press the
button, or choose Fibonacci Retracements from the menu. Choose the options you prefer (Fibonacci Arcs must be enabled). Then draw as you would for a Retracement.
